These flats will prove to be very wise investments – I’ve already put my money where my mouth is; I’m purchasing next door so we’ll be neighbours.

These are already tenanted on 6 mth ASTs through to May this year. Both are in very good order though the downstairs flat has a bedroom ceiling with original plaster requiring renewal (it’s still intact though it is probably just about being held up by the paint).
